Oh yes, this show, I am excited about! Decorex International celebrates premium design brands and brings together the global design community. These carefully selected brands that exhibit are the perfect addition to any Interior designers trade contact list.
Decorex International is 35 years old this year and to celebrate, the 2012 event will be looking back at the event’s unique heritage and the resurgence of design. Exploring the show’s exceptional design journey from its conception through to the present, the event will honour iconic moments, key design pieces and incredible people and influences the industry has brought to life.
Reflect on your own design journey, talk about your inspirational influences and come together with us to celebrate the sources of talent and design which has made Decorex a centre of Design for over 35 years and many more to come!
There are TOO many exciting aspects of this exhibition. In short, here’s what I’m looking forward to.
- DAME VIVIENNE WESTOOD has designed the foyer to the exhibition (could I love her anymore??!!!!)
- Champagne bar. Who doesn’t love Champagne? and to make it better the bar has been designed by Rabih Hage.
- Seminars!!!!! Whoop, how I love to get inspired by these top speakers. Question is, which one DON’T I go to?! They all look so good! To mention a few names, Nina Campbell, Jane Lawrence, Joanna wood, Sally Davies, Sacha Walckhoff and Keech Green. Fresh notebook at the ready!
- Exhibitors. There are too many to mention but the list looks great! Especially the feature stand designed by Christopher Guy.
