Frama and Dry Studios, a design exchange

Danish design studio Frama have teamed up with Stockholm based company Dry Studios in a collaborative exchange. Each company will be taking part in a design exchange visit, featuring news designs such as the Frama Studio Kitchen and Dry Studio’s new Space Divider wall and pedestal Solid Square Log. The first installation is by Frama, exhibiting their designs inside and amongst the Dry Studios in Stockholm. Opened in February during Stockholm design week and will run until end of May 2017.

“ We like connecting with inspiring people in other countries and their way of living. This great opportunity to combine our items with danish Frama, who shares our beliefs, simply felt like a perfect match.”
-Jenny Kästel Tavassoli, Co-Founder of DRY Studios

“With a common approach to creative processes and both inspired by organic materials makes this collaboration feel very genuine.”
– Niels Strøyer Christophersen, Founder of Frama

It’s wonderful to see how independent studios, Frama and Dry are supporting each other within the industry. Having a likeminded approach, their products compliment each others and give a fresh perspective on their designs. These images are from Dry Studios, I look forward to see how Dry Studios exhibit in Frama’s Copenhagen studio!

The design exchange sounds like a great idea, hope it goes well for them. I love your first image, of the dark wood against the navy walls.
