I started to make them when I was told I had to have my third brain surgery. Knowing I was going to have a chilly patch where my scar would be and also a fear of wearing a winter hat (the last time I did was as a child and a girl thought I was a boy and asked me out! ), a warm headband would be ideal. This is the perfect feminine solution and it covered my scars too!
