Scandinavian Minimalism

This renovated farmhouse in North Zealand (Denmark) is home to goldsmith and designer Marie vonLotzbeck, photographer Jacob Kirk, daughter ester and the dog Balder.

The interior combines a mixture of textures and materials, all using a very simple colour palette. Simplicity and elegance,  this design creates a harmonious flow throughout the home. I really like the clever use of upcycled factory windows creating a subtle room divide, oh and spot the HAY cushion….. want!

Such a beautiful shoot. Love the contrast between the crisp detailing and the gorgeous patina and texture of the building itself and the architectural features. This, to me, is pretty much perfection!
